Each individual may hold only one active svip8 account. Duplicate accounts are grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Any attempt to exploit system errors, use automated software, or engage in match-fixing will result in immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.

The primary market served by svip8 is Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not unlawful under your personal circumstances. svip8 does not operate a licensed onshore gambling service within Indonesia; the Platform is operated as an internationally licensed offshore service. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using svip8 complies with the laws of your personal jurisdiction.

You agree to keep this information updated at all times.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on svip8. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. svip8 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, svip8 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit all funds therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. svip8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact svip8 customer support immediately.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination. svip8 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time, including by requesting certified copies of identity documents.
svip8 is required under its international operating licence to verify the identity and age of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires you to submit:
svip8 aims to process KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours of receipt during normal business operations. You will be notified via the email address registered on your account once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.
Withdrawals are subject to a maximum cumulative limit of Rp 1.000.000 until KYC verification is successfully completed. Deposits and gameplay may proceed prior to verification, but large withdrawals will be held pending KYC approval.

The minimum deposit per transaction is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit per transaction via bank transfer is Rp 100.000.000. E-wallet deposit limits may vary by provider. svip8 may adjust these limits at any time and will notify account holders of material changes.
Bank transfer deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 06:00–22:00 WIB, UTC+7) are typically credited to your svip8 balance instantly. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours to confirm. E-wallet deposits are typically instant regardless of time of day.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your svip8 account are legally owned by you and are free from any criminal association. svip8 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in your own name will be rejected and returned, and the account may be subject to review.
svip8 charges no fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside svip8's control and are your responsibility.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified, in good standing, and contain a balance of at least the minimum withdrawal amount. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal per request is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Higher amounts may be split across multiple requests or arranged via your account manager (Platinum and Diamond VIP tiers).
svip8 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during WIB banking hours. Requests received outside banking hours may take up to the next business day. svip8 does not guarantee processing times but commits to processing all valid requests within 24 hours of receipt.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on the KYC documents on file. svip8 will reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.
svip8 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, svip8 reserves the right to recover processing costs in cases of excessive or abusive withdrawal requests at its sole discretion.
svip8's average withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours. This is a service standard, not a contractual guarantee — processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional offers provided by svip8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your svip8 account are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total qualifying bets of Rp 1.000.000 before withdrawal is permitted.
Wagering Requirements may only be met by placing bets in qualifying game categories as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games, events, or markets will not count toward clearing Wagering Requirements. Accumulator (mix parlay) bets may count at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
svip8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, and to suspend or close the accounts of any User found to be abusing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on opposing outcomes to guarantee a risk-free return (arbitrage), and systematic low-margin betting designed purely to clear wagering requirements.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days after the date they are credited. Unexpired Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
svip8 reserves the right to accept, decline, or partially accept any bet at its sole discretion, including limiting maximum stake amounts on any market or for any account. svip8 does not guarantee the acceptance of any bet at any stated odds.
In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error ("palpable error"), svip8 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, whether settled or pending. A palpable error exists where the displayed odds are materially inconsistent with fair market odds at the time the bet was placed.
The results of all sports events are determined by reference to the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, UEFA, FIFA). For casino and slot games, the result recorded in svip8's game server logs is authoritative. In cases of genuine dispute, a formal complaint must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the relevant event.
Live (in-play) bets are accepted and settled based on the state of play at the precise moment the bet is confirmed by svip8's system. Connectivity issues on your end do not invalidate a confirmed bet. svip8 is not responsible for delays caused by your internet connection or device.
For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, draw results are sourced from the official draw provider integrated with the svip8 platform. Disputes regarding draw results must reference the official provider's published results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on svip8. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, void of all bets, and forfeiture of account balance:
svip8 does not guarantee any winnings from the use of its Services. All betting and casino gaming involves financial risk. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform.
svip8 makes no guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance, emergency outages, or external factors (including internet infrastructure failures in Indonesia) may temporarily limit access. svip8 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability, provided that such unavailability does not constitute gross negligence on our part.
svip8 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft), payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay), or data providers. Any malfunction or error originating from a third-party system that affects a game or transaction will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the third party's error policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, svip8's aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
svip8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, opportunity, or data, however caused, even if svip8 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
All content on the svip8 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, odds data, and the svip8 brand identity — is the exclusive property of svip8 or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without svip8's prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms and is automatically revoked upon account termination.
svip8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for breach, svip8 may void pending bets and forfeit the account balance at its sole discretion. Real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the account holder via the last verified payment method where legally and practically possible.
You may close your svip8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your nominated bank account. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which svip8 holds its gaming licence. svip8 does not assert that its services are licensed or regulated under Indonesian domestic law.
In the event of a dispute, you must first contact svip8 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. svip8 will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the governing law.
You agree to resolve any disputes with svip8 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in class action litigation, class-wide arbitration, or any similar proceeding against svip8.
svip8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown in the sidebar. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
